First View – Blue Exorcist

Blue Exorcist reviewed

As one member put it, “If Good Omens were to be made into an anime…”  Wonderfully  animated and well paced story.  Blue Exorcist is destined to be up there with the likes of Bleach or D.Grayman.

Psychic Detective Yakumo reviewed

We have to have something for our meeting closest before Halloween. A person with a demon eye who helps ghosts of murdered  children bring their killer to justice… how heart warning can that be? No?  I must admit a horror anime which is makes people feel good is quite strange. Still entertaining.

Sekirei: Pure Engagement

The first show of the new season and all we could find is a lack of story telling and ability to connect the previous series to the new.  Still the show managed to serve up a fine helping of fan service and comedy. Just not enough to keep some of our members watching.  Check it out for yourself and tell us what you think of Seikirei: Pure Engagement here or on facebook.
